Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio 5.5.2023

The last two weeks

have been an unraveling,

an unearthing really.

All these old stories of self,

a dis-regulated nervous system,

wounds the heals but still scar,

anxiety that seems to just

flicker in the background…

We have been gathering.

Gathering up these fragmented

parts of self in preparation.

I’ve spent lifetimes waling

with soaked, sandy toes.

Gathering sea shells that the

ocean had washed upon the shore.

What if these shadow parts of self could be collected with the same wonder

of a child collecting

broken shells on the beach?

If we can gather,

then we can release.

The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio

is here to help us do just that.

Collected our broken sea shells,

and walk them back to the ocean.

Salt water heals the wounds.

Salt waters salves the soul.

We, too, can let the ocean shore wash upon us.
